Terms & Conditions

  • Scope of Work
    Net Architect agrees to design and develop a website for the Client based on the specifications and requirements provided by the Client.

 

  • Payment Terms
    a. An initial payment of 50% of the total project cost is required before the project commences.
    b. The remaining 50% of the project cost is due upon project completion, before the website is made live.

 

  • Ownership of the Website
    a. The website and all associated materials remain the property of Net Architect until the final payment is made.
    b. Upon receipt of the final payment, ownership of the website will be transferred to the Client.

 

  • Cancellation Policy
    a. If the Client cancels the project after accepting this Agreement, the initial 50% payment will not be refunded.

 

  • Acceptance of Terms
    a. This Agreement is considered accepted once the Client sends an email to Net Architect indicating their acceptance.
    b. By accepting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.

 

  • Completion and Delivery
    a. Net Architect will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
    b. The website will be delivered to the Client and made live upon receipt of the final payment.

 

  • Any extra website related add-ons will be agreed upon with the client and the cost added to the final invoice, clearly marked – ‘Add-ons’
